At IRONMAN 4X4, we stand by the durability of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
